Tamaki College. Major refurbishment and rewiring of two story classroom block. Project Managers – APF Limited. Value – $742,900 December 2013 – March 2014
Rise Up Academy. Relocation of a classroom from Wiri to Mangere and refurbishment of a church to create a charter school. Project completed in three weeks. Project Managers – MPM Projects Limited. Value – $270,000 January 2014

Avondale Intermediate, Avondale. Refurbishment of three classrooms and conversion into a special needs unit. Project managers – MPM Project Management Ltd. Value $200,000 June – August 2013
Kids Planet, Albany. Construction of a new two storey block consisting of teaching space and toilets to ground floor and Staffroom to first floor, Covered verandah and landscaping. Project manager – Orion Projects Ltd. Value $250,000 March – July 2013
Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate. Refurbishment of two teaching blocks over four phases. Project consists of converting storage areas to a teaching space, conversion of a laboratory into a general teaching space, conversion of redundant toilets into new teaching spaces and refurbishment of laboratories. Waterlea School, Mangere Bridge. Refurbishment of two areas to make two IT suites. Construction of a covered verandah and accessibility ramp. Works were carried out whilst the school was open. Project manager – Carew Project Management Ltd. Value $100,000. July – August 2012
Kindercare, Albany. Extension to head office Completed April 2011 this work was carried out to the main office of Kindercare whilst the kindergarten below was operational.
Northern Auckland Kindergarten Association Over Christmas of 2010 we completed a large extension to their kindergarten in Browns Bay. This was completed on time during the short period they were closed. Value – $180,000
