This school project consists of the major refurbishment of an old 6 classroom block. The work consists of a complete strip out including existing windows, doors, roof, electrics and flooring coverings etc.
We are installing new roof trusses, windows, doors etc and then complete new interiors including heating, data, electrical and refurbishment of the existing toilets.
Contract Value – $900,000.

Completion Date – November 2015.
