The Requirement
The Contract Works required are: Block 9: Rooms 21 & 22.
Interior refurbishment and outdoor learning area.
Scope or works to include:
• replace existing wall linings,
• install acoustic ceiling tiles to Room 22,
• install new large sliding doors to Rooms 21 &22
• Create a new covered outdoor learning area between Classrooms 21 & 22. Includes new decking, steps for seating, covered roof area.
• Remove wall heaters
• Check existing framing, install insulation
• New LED lighting
• Upgrade switchboard
