Project Scope – Block 5 Hall Extension & Deck.
- Demolition of existing walls, claddings, gutters, downpipes, wall linings, doors, stairs, balustrades.
- Supply and construction of new deck including foundations.
- Supply and construction of new wall framing and floor framing including foundations and waterproofing.
- Supply and installation of new structural steel.
- Supply and installation of new exterior cladding.
- Supply and installation of new lintels.
- Supply and installation of new ceiling framing.
- Supply and installation of new roof framing, roofing sheets, flashings, gutters and downpipes including new door canopy.
- Supply and installation of new internal and external aluminium windows and doors including manifestations.
- Supply and installation of new insulation.
- Supply and installation of new plasterboard wall linings to walls and ceilings.
- Replace existing damaged Pinex ceiling tiles where required.
- Supply and installation of new skirting and architraves.
- Supply and installation new cork floorboards, and vinyl (including floor preparation and coving).
- Supply and paint walls, timber doors, trims and ceiling where required.
- Supply and installation of new lighting and electrical works.
- Supply and installation of new wall coverings (including wall preparation).
- Supply and installation of plumbing works and kitchen joinery including kitchen appliances as required.
