Block 2 ILE & DQLS Upgrade AMS Combined
Scope of project:
To deliver an ILE and DQLS upgrade to the two classrooms and wet area of Block 2.
Works include the replacement of wall coverings, floor coverings, ceiling insulation, LED lights, and
switchboard. The ILE portion of works will also include new interior aluminium joinery,
refurbishment of the wet area and a new a breakout room with glazed sliders.
The Contract Works required are but not limited to:
