Northern Auckland Kindergarten Association Over Christmas of 2010 we completed a large extension to their kindergarten in Browns Bay. This was completed on time during the short period they were closed. Value – $180,000
Scope Project – Change of use to the first floor level of an existing two/three storey building from commercial occupancy to multiple residential occupancies. Architect: Ltd Architectural Total Project Value: $1,741,979.94
Northern Auckland Kindergarten Association Extension to Hibiscus Coast Kindergarten and accessibility works, Orewa. Works were carried out over Christmas 2009. Value – $110,000
Pakaranga Heights Primary School. Refurbishment of two teaching areas and construction of a covered verandah. July 2010 Value $50,000
