The construction work at Sunnyhills School has been split into two projects. The works included are as follows:

Lifecycle Replacements:

• Nature of the works is mainly interior replacement works to modernize current teaching spaces.
• Acoustic wall, carpet and vinyl flooring replacements.
• Replace lighting for new LED light units.
• Install heat pumps to replace redundant radiator heating.
• No exterior work is expected.

Doors & windows Replacement:

• Removal of exterior window and doors units, minor repairs and installation of new units – direct replacement.

Completion: September 2023
