Alterations to an existing relocatable to make it suitable as a satellite unit. The scope of works includes the following:
 New insulation to roof & Floor
 New suspended ceiling, new internal wall & floor coverings, new internal fittings
 New External Aluminium door, glazing replacement, to safety glass, of existing windows.
 A new accessible WC & shower with laundry and changing facility. HWC to provide hot water.
 New Kitchenette with microwave & fridge.
 Accessibility needs to be established with a new timber ramp and landing.
 New external aluminium shed on concrete pad.
